Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead brand and performance marketing initiatives to drive student enrolment, strengthen market positioning, and enhance engagement across channels.This is a hands-on managerial role, combining strategic planning with execution across digital and offline channels. The role works closely with admissions, school leadership, and corporate teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with enrolment targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with OWIS positioningEnsure consistency across all communication channels and marketing materialsManage PR, media engagement, and brand reputationPlan and execute brand campaigns, events, and sponsorshipsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance visibilityDigital Marketing & CampaignsPlan and execute integrated digital campaigns across search, display, social, and emailManage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaignsMonitor budgets, optimise cost per lead (CPL), and improve campaign ROIGrow and manage social media platforms and engagement strategiesStay updated with digital trends and apply best practicesContent, SEO & PerformanceOversee creation of marketing assets, landing pages, and contentLead SEO/SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic trafficConduct A/B testing and optimise conversion funnelsAnalytics & ReportingTrack and analyse performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and related toolsProvide actionable insights to leadership and admissions teamsMonitor end-to-end customer journey and campaign effectivenessAdmissions & Sales SupportPartner with admissions teams to generate high-quality leadsSupport enrolment targets through campaigns, collateral, and presentationsAlign marketing initiatives with conversion and enrolment goalsBudget ManagementManage and optimise the overall marketing budgetEnsure efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROIProvide regular reporting on spend vs performanceCRM & CMS ManagementManage HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and dashboardsOptimise lead nurturing and pipeline trackingOversee CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) to maintain website performance
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory)MBA in Marketing is an advantage8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleStrong expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot CRM, GA4, and marketing automation toolsExperience managing end-to-end campaigns with measurable ROI

Assessment ProcessShortlisted candidates will complete a 60-minute assessment covering:HubSpot CRM (workflows, automation, reporting)Digital marketing execution (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4)Budget allocation and ROI optimisation (scenario-based)Strategic campaign planning aligned to admissions
