Salary and Benefits
$81,614 to $90,691 per annum (HEW 5) plus 17% superannuation contribution. About you
You are an enthusiastic marketing and communications professional with a few years’ experience supporting advertising campaigns and marketing collateral. You are adept at managing multiple projects, delivering work on budget, and producing high‑standard materials. You build strong working relationships with internal clients, stakeholders and external suppliers, prioritise to meet deadlines, and demonstrate personal attributes aligned with ECU’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.
About the role
- Report to the Marketing Account Manager and support a range of marketing activities.
- Develop, implement and monitor effective targeted marketing and communication strategies for various Schools and Service Centres.
- Coordinate the production of traditional and digital advertising materials that align with ECU’s brand style guide.
- Collaborate with Schools to create marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, flyers and promotional material.
- Work with students to develop video and content testimonials.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices and reviewing course and publication system proposals.
Role Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, training or professional accreditation.
- Experience coordinating and delivering advertising campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a large, complex organisation with a focus on customer service.
- Strong planning and marketing project management skills to deliver on time and on budget.
- Effective communication skills, impeccable attention to detail.
