About the Role As a key member of the ECOVACS APJ team, this role is responsible for driving brand and marketing initiatives to support business growth across Southeast Asia and South Asia, with a primary focus on India and Indonesia.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires the ability to think strategically while executing data-driven, comprehensive marketing plans. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring effective communication and execution of strategies across cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders within APJ.
Key Responsibilities: Brand MarketingLead the briefing, development, adaptation, and deployment of marketing assets, ensuring consistency and proper documentationPlan and execute innovative country-level marketing campaigns, including branding and promotional initiativesSource, manage, and evaluate local agencies to ensure delivery against KPIsSupport budget planning, tracking, and monitoring, including internal financial processesProduct Launch & PromotionDevelop and execute integrated marketing plans across PR, digital, paid media, and promotionsCollaborate with Go-To-Market and Sales teams, as well as external partners, to manage product lifecycle performanceCreate and communicate product positioning, category storytelling, and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholdersConduct market analysis, including competitor activities and industry trends, to support strategic planning and optimize sell-in and sell-through performanceBuild strong product knowledge, including relevant technologies, to develop effective communication and training materials in collaboration with Sales teamsChannel MarketingPlan and manage channel marketing budgets in collaboration with brand teams and distributorsDevelop and execute online campaigns, including product bundles and on-site communication strategiesImplement offline marketing initiatives, including POSM (Point of Sale Materials), GWP (Gifts with Purchase), and merchandising executionCross-functional Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectivesProvide regular reporting on campaign performance, market insights, and business impact
Job Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics (CE) industry or equivalentStrong interest in emerging technologies and market trends, particularly in robotic appliances, smart home devices, and connected productsProven experience in market research, brand positioning, messaging, creative development, and campaign executionHands-on experience across marketing communications, PR, digital marketing, and KOL/influencer engagementStrong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingFamiliarity with retail environments in Southeast Asia and South Asia, including experience in launching products across both online and offline channelsExperience working in multicultural environments and managing cross-country projects is a plusExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
