Mechanical/Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily site operations for mechanical and/or electrical installationsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflowMonitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlinesEnsure all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant regulationsConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify potential issuesEnforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standardsResolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to workers and subcontractorsMaintain proper documentation of site activities, including reports, progress updates, and incident recordsCoordinate material deliveries and ensure proper usage and storage on siteAttend site meetings and provide updates on project status Requirements:Proven experience in supervising mechanical and/or electrical works on construction sitesStrong understanding of M&E systems, installation processes, and industry practicesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsGood leadership and team coordination skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with safety regulations and site management practicesGood communication and interpersonal skills
