MEP Project Director

Job DescriptionJoin CtrlS Datacenters and help build the next generation of AI-ready and hyperscale digital infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced MEP Project Director with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial, hyperscale datacenter, or other mission-critical infrastructure projects. Your Impact As MEP Project Director, you will lead the successful execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects by: Leading the end-to-end execution and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, and associated critical building systems.

Driving complete site execution while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, project drawings, and Tier III/Tier IV standards. Leading multidisciplinary engineering and site teams, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and execution excellence. Collaborating with consultants, PMCs, OEMs, contractors, vendors, and customer teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Overseeing project planning, progress reviews, technical issue resolution, risk mitigation, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and successful project handovers. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Who We're Looking For B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 15+ years of experience in MEP project execution and leadership.

Proven experience delivering hyperscale datacenters, commercial buildings, IT parks, or other mission-critical infrastructure. Strong understanding of Tier III/Tier IV datacenter standards, modern building systems, and engineering best practices. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
