Role Overview

We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive who is at the early stage of their performance marketing career and wants hands-on experience working with real brand budgets under senior guidance.

This is a learning-focused but performance-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

• Expereince in setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
\n
• Support campaign structuring (ABO/CBO basics)
\n
• Work with audience research and targeting setups
\n
• Coordinate with creative team for ad execution
\n
• Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics
\n
• Assist in basic optimization and testing tasks
\n

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
\n
• Clear understanding of campaign setup fundamentals
\n
• Expereince with Ads Manager interface
\n
• Strong willingness to learn performance marketing
\n
• Good analytical and execution mindset
