? Placement: Teleperformance Indonesia - Solo Grand Mall, Surakarta (On-site)

What You’ll Do:Chat with customers and solve their questions in e-commerce with care.Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!).Escalate important matters when needed.Hit performance goals (we’ll help you get there!)Be part of an International supportive and high-energy team!

What We’re Looking For:Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75).Strong English skills (written & spoken, Level B2 Upper Intermediate - C1 Advanced), tested in recruitment.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!Willing to work on a shifting schedule, especially night shifts, as we operate following the U.S. business hours.Global-minded night owls who thrive in a calm, focused nighttime environment.Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus.Fast learner, independent, and ready to work.Willing to relocate to Surakarta.Available to start in April 2026.
