Job Description
Experience & Expertise Requirements: 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, including involvement in at least two end-to-end implementations. Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM suite, including Primavera P6 Professional, Team Member, and P6 Analytics. In-depth knowledge of configuring and managing project templates, schedules, Global Codes, Resource Codes, Calendars, EPS and OBS structures, Cost Codes, user administration, roles, privileges, user-specific views, and management portfolios.
Experience in creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), updating project actuals, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and tracking project performance throughout the project lifecycle. Proven ability to facilitate requirement gathering workshops, Business Blueprint (BBP) sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training programs for Primavera P6 implementations. Capable of preparing and maintaining key project documentation, including Requirement Gathering Documents, Business Blueprint Documents, Test Scripts, UAT Documentation, and Training Materials.
Good understanding of Primavera P6 Web Services, APIs, and system integrations. Hands-on experience in developing custom reports using SQL queries against the Primavera P6 database. Knowledge of project controls, change management practices, supply chain processes, and EPC project scheduling methodologies.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 Mobility and mobile-enabled project management solutions. Experience in creating and generating analytical dashboards and reports, including tabular reports, charts, graphs, trend analyses, and executive-level project insights. Exposure to complementary Oracle and Primavera products such as Primavera Unifier, BI Publisher, Primavera Analytics, Oracle Database, WebLogic Server, Oracle AutoVue, and ERP applications will be considered an added advantage.
Professional Skills: Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting and project delivery environment.
