Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and work closely with internal stakeholders and paid channels' POCs across various countries. In this role, you will be looking at expansion into potential markets by proposing metrics, platforms, planning and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to support overall ECommerce and market growth. Job Responsibilities:Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, and Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with our growth objectivesPlan and execute A/B testing, alongside exploring new platforms to embark on for paid performance effortsFormulate performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals and KPIsPlan and review budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimizing ROICollaborate with partner agencies and other internal teams to create consistent and aligned communications across all channelsStay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimize the channel mix and identify new opportunitiesConduct research on market trends, our brand's target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversionsAnalyse reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goalsLiaise with stakeholders to achieve relevant materials (e.g. assets, campaigns’ mechanics and copies) to execute optimization across paid channelsExplore possibilities of business expansions into new markets with performance marketing effortsPerform extensive keyword research for existing product categories, competitors, as well as seasonal campaigns for branded & non-branded listingsUnderstand and execute the analysis of last & multitouch attribution of data across paid channels and other marketing functionsMeasure effectiveness of campaigns across platforms’ reports and internal dashboards with performance metrics (e.g.
ROAS, Conversion value vs. Sales, CPM, CPC, Frequency, Reach)Collaborate closely alongside platforms’ managers such as Meta, Google and TikTok and establish strategies that will help achieve KPIs in both short & long termMonitoring spends across all paid channels and achieving efficiency Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fieldsMinimum 2-3 years of digital agency, digital marketing or ECommerce marketing experience with paid media executionAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capabilityPleasant disposition with excellent communication & interpersonal skillsPrior experience in the retail / fashion industry would be a plusPrior experience in expansion into markets with performance marketing, would be a plusExperience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social advertising platforms, MicrosoftExperience with data analysis and a data driven environment
