Role Overview
The Product Lead – Access Control will drive business growth, product adoption, and technical enablement for Cavitak’s Access Control portfolio across the assigned region. The role works closely with OEMs, Sales, Technical Support, Partners, and Customers to ensure project success, funnel conversion, and regional business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Enablement
- Drive regional business growth through customer, partner, and consultant engagement.
- Conduct product and sales enablement trainings for internal teams and partners.
- Track key opportunities and ensure timely funnel progression.
- Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and commercial discussions.
Project & Commercial Management
- Own project locking and commercial compliance as per OEM and Cavitak guidelines.
- Review and submit BOQs, specifications, compliance documents, and project submissions.
- Support successful project documentation and case study development.
Technical Leadership
- Lead product demos, POCs, technical trainings, and customer engagements.
- Manage technical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with support teams to deliver effective post-sales support.
- Drive technical knowledge sharing and documentation best practices.

- Regional revenue growth and funnel conversion

Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of Access Control systems, software, and integrations.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with customer-facing engagements.
Experience & Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in Access Control, Electronic Security, or Physical Security solutions.
- Experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales, or Solution Engineering preferred.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification is an advantage.
