Project Architect (Commercial Interior Projects)

A design-build and turnkey interiors company in Andheri West, is hiring an Architect with 3–7 years of professional experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. The role involves contributing across concept development, design coordination, technical documentation, client interaction, consultant coordination, and project execution through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and support the development of design solutions

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning layouts, and project proposals based on project requirements

• Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Develop and refine the overall design intent and project look and feel in coordination with project teams

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout project development and execution

• Participate in site visits to review progress, resolve technical issues, and support design implementation

• Support project coordination to help maintain agreed project budgets, schedules, and design deliverables

• Review drawings and documentation for coordination, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements

• Prepare project handover documentation and support project closure activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• 3–7 years of professional experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-out, design-build, or turnkey interior projects

• Experience working on corporate office interior projects is preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office

• Experience preparing design development drawings, working drawings, specifications, and construction documentation

• Understanding of interior fit-out processes, construction methods, building materials, and project execution practices

• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams

• Strong technical documentation, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule

• Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
• Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
