Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing project documentation, programming, and reporting requirements
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
- Managing quality assurance and ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Supporting procurement and contract administration processes
- Working closely with supervisors, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving technical issues throughout construction
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working on civil construction projects, ideally within subdivisions
- Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roads, services, and bulk civil works
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Experience with project management systems, QA documentation, and construction software
