The Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Project Manager to track and drive multiple cross-functional projects across product, engineering, and business teams. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder coordination, and structured reporting to ensure timely delivery.

Location: Powai - Hiranandani, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Track multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and action trackers.
• Drive weekly syncs and ensure accountability across teams.
• Prepare leadership-ready status reports (Progress / Pending / Risks).
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined scope and timelines

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT / Tech Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• High ownership and execution mindset

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• PMP / CSM certifications.
• Experience in product-led technology organizations.
• Experience in SaaS / Healthtech / AI / Enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to read technical workflows and translate them into structured project plans.
