About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager – Executive Communications to join us on a 45–60 day contractual assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership team to coordinate a high-impact project involving senior executives and CEO offices. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive follow-ups, meticulous project tracking, and the ability to draft professional communication with accuracy and finesse.
A strong background in content, communications, publishing, client servicing, or editorial project management will be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with CEO offices, senior executives, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the project.
- Draft, review, and send professional email communication to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow up proactively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate internally with content, design, strategy, and leadership teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Ensure all communication reflects professionalism, clarity, and Rite KnowledgeLabs' quality standards.
- Support leadership with day-to-day project coordination and administrative communication related to the assignment.
Who Should Apply?
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, executive communications, account management, or a similar role.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal English with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Have experience communicating with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, or corporate executives.
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Have excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Can work independently while coordinating across cross-functional teams.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Come from a content, communications, publishing, marketing, or agency background (preferred).
