Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of integrated security projects involving CCTV, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), Active Networking (Switches & Servers) and related ELV systems. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, client coordination, team management, budgeting, quality assurance, and successful project delivery.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project planning, execution, and team leadership skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of CCTV, PIDS, Fiber Optic Networks (OSP/ISP), Cat6 and OFC cabling, Active Networking (Switches & Servers) and related ELV systems,
- Experience in managing vendors, subcontractors, budgets, and project schedules.
- Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
- Willingness to travel for multi-location project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management
- Manage projects from planning and site survey through installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Oversee execution of CCTV, PIDS, Active Networking, Fiber Optic (OSP/ISP), and related security infrastructure.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead project engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and procurement teams for timely availability of materials and services.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and workforce productivity.
Budget & Schedule Control
- Prepare project execution plans and monitor project progress against schedules.
- Control project costs, optimize resources, and ensure delivery within approved budgets.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, quality procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and ensure adherence to installation standards.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities.
Coordination & Reporting
- Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules, progress reports, material records, MOMs, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical and project execution issues related to integrated security systems.
