Job Description
Ten Four are seeking a Project Manager to join our team on a 1 year contract from August 2026, with potential contract extension upon review. Within your role you will work collaboratively with the wider team across a variety of multi-faceted projects - from conceptualisation and planning through to project execution and wrap-up.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead in the planning and execution of events, creative projects and experiential activations. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for the planning, project management and production of live experiential marketing events for several key clients. This position plays a key role from client brief to on-site activation, assuming the overall work team planning management, execution and budget oversight for each project or campaign.
You will lead project and manage budgets on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have excellent client-facing communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask whilst meeting a high standard of execution, working with a variety of global brands.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating client on-boarding and initial project briefing calls in order to gain a clear understanding of client’s working ways, a specific project brief and overall requirements.
- Consistently delivering exceptional service in managing, prioritising and executing all projects at hand, alongside the wider team, as well as advising on creative concept and program development from initial briefing through to post-project budget reconciliation.
- Attending brainstorming sessions with the wider team to generate project concepts.
- Encompassing tasks such as venue sourcing and contracting, supplier management, timeline and budget management.
- Ensuring the smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and forecasts within the fashion, luxury, retail and lifestyle industries.
- To maintain and update live project files on Google Drive.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A third-level qualification and an absolute minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in a production based role or environment. Previous experience in a retail environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Proven track record of managing and executing events from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Google’s G-suite and Drive softwares.
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors, suppliers and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts.
- Advanced negotiating, management and contracting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and negotiate preferable rates with suppliers.

Working Hours:
9:30am-5:30pm Monday - Thursday, 9:30am - 4pm Friday from our office in Portobello, with one day / week working from home. Flexibility required in the lead up to an event, which may require working evenings and weekends.
