Job Description
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
ResponsibilitiesDecide distributors targetOptimizing sales budgetMake sure sales target achieved by team Analyze area extension Support the learning and development of the sales teamCoordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leadsTrack and report all sales activitiesDevelop and execute sales strategy through market analysisArea cover: East Java and Central Java Homebase: Surabaya, East Java Qualifications Min. Bachelor's DegreeExperience in FMCG industry with min.2 years' experience as Regional Sales Manager or 4 years' experience as Area Sales ManagerExperience in handling min. East or/and Central Java areaExperience managing sales teams: ASM, ASSExperience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leadsTrack record of success for handling distributors and manage teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
