Regional Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the breakdown and tracking of annual and monthly sales targets for designated countries and/or regions.Support distributors/dealers in monitoring sales performance and identifying gaps in target achievement.Collect and analyze inventory data, warehouse aging reports, and assist in early warning reporting and follow-up actions.Assist in preparing and consolidating special approval applications and tracking the implementation status.Support the execution of regional differentiated sales policies and monitor implementation results.Conduct routine regional sales data analysis and prepare reports identifying performance trends and potential risks.

Qualification

• Fluent in spoken English; Chinese language ability is a plus.-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, sales operations, or dealer management.-Bachelor’s degree or above required.-Understanding of automotive market structure and dealer network operations.
