Xiaomi Indonesia is looking for sales consultant/product consultant based in Sungai Raya (near Pontianak), here is the jobdesk:Job Description1.Achieve individual sales targets and actively support the store in reaching overall sales goals

2.Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure a consistent and professional customer service experience

3.Ensure alignment between system and physical inventory; assist in regular stocktaking

4.Provide product explanations and usage guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

5.Sell smartphones and AIoT-related products, offering personalized product bundle recommendations

6.Use and maintain company assets properly; assist in keeping product displays and store cleanliness in good condition

Qualification1. Diploma 3 or above

2.Minimum 3 years of sales experience; familiarity with smartphones, home appliances, or FMCG industry is a plus

3.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

4.Passion for electronic products with a willingness to continuously learn

5.Proactive, cooperative, and a strong team player
