Senior B2B Enterprise Sales Manager (BFSI)
Location: Noida (Work From Office) Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business growth within the BFSI sector (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, MFIs, and Digital Lenders). The role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads within BFSI accounts.
· Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers.
· Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
· Prepare proposals, commercials, and business cases.
· Manage negotiations, procurement processes, and contract closures.
· Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
· Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools for outbound prospecting.
Requirements
· 3–6 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience selling to Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies.
· Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
· Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
· Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools.
· Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
Preferred
· Experience selling SaaS, workflow, compliance, or enterprise solutions.
· Understanding of BFSI processes, collections, grievance redressal, or compliance.
