Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager – Semiconductor Business (1-3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to support the growth of Mindgrove products across Semiconductor customers in India and selected international markets. This role involves customer relationship management, business development, account handling, and coordination with internal technical teams to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who enjoys customer interaction, business development, market analysis, and working in a fast-paced semiconductor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers and channel partners in Semiconductor and Electronics industries.
- Support business growth by generating leads, developing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into business.
- Assist in preparing regional sales plans and contribute toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer interactions including product presentations, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, invoicing coordination, and payment tracking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal Application Engineering, Operations, and Service teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, customer updates, and pipeline tracking reports.
- Support management in analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and customer database regularly.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, technical discussions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and follow structured sales processes from opportunity stage to purchase order closure.
- Travel to customer locations across India and occasionally overseas based on business requirements.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electronics / ECE / Electrical / Semiconductor-related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, Embedded, or related technology industries.
- Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, account management, or customer handling preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic understanding of Semiconductor industry and electronics market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and understand customer requirements.
- Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and sales coordination activities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
