The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, present ZeroFormality Tax’s services, and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and calls, explaining tax and financial service offerings in clear terms, preparing proposals, and following up consistently to build trust and secure engagements. The role involves collaborating with operations and tax specialists to ensure accurate service information, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and client experience.Qualifications Proven sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing.Strong client relationship management abilities, with experience handling inquiries, objections, and negotiations.Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain services in simple, professional language.Basic understanding of tax or financial services, or strong willingness and ability to learn these domains quickly.Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, plus general proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets and working effectively in a structured, on-site environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accuracy and follow-through.Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in services or financial sectors is an advantage.Ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
