Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Lead with 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales and prior experience leading a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building strong client relationships, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and present regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline analysis, and coaching sessions to improve team performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in client acquisition, account management, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, IT Services, or Enterprise Solutions sales.
- Experience handling enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
