Job Description
Role Summary
The Sales Lead – Luxury Real Estate Sales is responsible for driving high-value property sales, managing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and achieving revenue targets for luxury residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong market knowledge, consultative selling skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with premium brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Lead sales for luxury residential projects, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Identify and engage High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI).
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Deliver personalized and consultative sales experience aligned with luxury standards.
- Maintain a strong network of brokers, wealth managers and luxury consultants.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track luxury real estate trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks.
- Provide inputs for product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach.
- Identify new sales channels including exclusive events, private showcases, and partnerships.
Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor sales executives to improve performance and conversion ratios.
- Monitor sales pipeline, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to CRM processes and documentation standards.
Branding & Customer Experience
- Represent the brand at exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Ensure premium customer engagement aligned with luxury brand values.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 12–15 years of experience in luxury real estate sales / high-value sales
- Proven track record of closing premium deals
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients preferred
- Exposure to luxury brands, hospitality, or high-end retail is an added advantage
