As a Sales Manager, you're not just generating and managing group sales – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business: research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships: serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
- Develop targeted sales strategies: analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
- Lead end-to-end sales process: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
- Manage booking details: coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel's sales management system.
