Job Role / Job OverviewDirectly reports to Regional General Manager.Independent, individual contributor role, working from home.
Essential Job Functions
Work with both current and new customers to define business needs and requirementsDefine business development goals so as to meet and/or exceed the sales targetsBe an effective contact through frequent feedback channels with all customersSource, develop and establish business relationship with new customersAddress all technical queries and provide technical information as and when requiredIncrease company’s market share by excellent service to existing clientsWork with various functions/parties within the organization to provide continuous product improvement, technical expertise and solutions for customersCoordinate, develop and negotiate price contracts
Key Qualifications and desirable experience
At least Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical studies5 years of related Sales position experienceAt least 2 years of proven field sales experience in industrial solution selling environmentHaving broad networking and relationship in various industries such as automotive / EV, electronics, off-road or telecommunication.Background in RFQ or costing working environment will be highly considered.Ability to follow end-to-end process.Good knowledge of cable assembly, connectors or power cords, PVC background are definite advantage.Good communication and negotiation skillsA hunter attitude in developing new businessProactive and be eager to meet customer’s expectationFluent in English (a must).Willingness to work long hours, to travel extensively
