? We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Indonesia
Location: Karawang
Are you a driven sales leader ready to take charge of a growing team in Indonesia? We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Packaging or manufacturing industry experience is a plus!
What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and inspire a local sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our business in Indonesia.Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.Strong B2B sales background; packaging/manufacturing experience is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written); Indonesian language is a plus.Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
