Visit Kirana stores, supermarkets, and other General Trade outlets to generate orders and increase product availability.

Appoint new retail outlets and expand the distributor network.

Ensure product placement, visibility, and stock availability at retail counters.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes in the market.

Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfilment and stock replenishment.

Execute trade promotions and in-store marketing activities.

Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales team.

Maintain daily sales reports, beat plans, and retailer visit records.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 4 years of sales experience in the General Trade (GT) channel, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
-
Experience in selling products through Kirana stores is mandatory.

Good knowledge of the local market and retailer network.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
-
Comfortable with extensive local travel.
