Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Off Consultant We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Off Consultant Experience: 7+ Years (Relevant Experience) Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Contract Budget: Up to ₹1.75 Lakhs per Month Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: ✔ Configure Employee Central and Time Off components ✔ Manage leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, holiday calendars, and work schedules ✔ Design monthly/yearly accruals and proration rules ✔ Configure take rules, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes ✔ Manage absence recording and leave balance calculations ✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies ✔ Conduct UAT, support defect resolution, and provide go-live support ✔ Deliver end-user training and documentation Mandatory Skills: ✅ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) ✅ SAP SuccessFactors Time Off ✅ Time Accounts & Accrual Rules ✅ Leave Management Configuration ✅ Holiday Calendars & Work Schedules ✅ Workflow Configuration ✅ UAT & Production Support ⚠ Candidates must have hands-on experience in BOTH Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules
