Team Introduction
Our Search Operation - Model Data team provides training and testing data for TikToks various search models to help improve search results and optimize search rankings The platform and tools project aims to build optimize various platform tools support the efficiency improvement and onlineization of search annotation evaluation and other businesses realize the platform construction of business customization and have rich experience in platform operation
What will I be doing
- Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality
- Localize the labelling guidelines support the guideline training and align the guideline updates
- Conduct calibration meeting with the labelling team in the appeal process analyze diff cases record and evaluate their performance offer solution and suggestion for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment
- Work closely with RD Research and Development and PM Product Manager in order to provide feedback on data quality
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above
- Excellent language skills both Vietnamese English Overseas workingtraining is a plus
- Understand about search engines familiar with social media platforms
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Strong ability to learn and understand
- Familiar with common office software labeling experience is preferred
