About the CompanyWe are looking for a strategic, business-minded digital marketing senior executive (6 months contract)* to drive our site operations. This is a position charged with accelerating the strategic growth for our business by transforming our website and customer data into revenue. The Marketing Department is our key external channel to display the range and functions of our apparel. Products like “AIRism” and “HEATTECH” are currently synonymous with the Singaporean life be it for daily wear or for travelling purposes. This is the result of the efforts of our marketing strategies in the last 10 years.
Sitting in UNIQLO’s marketing function, this role will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager based in Singapore.
About the RoleKey responsibilities:Direct ownership of front-end execution for Uniqlo.com, including planning, briefing in creative requirements and implementing site banners and high-quality landing pages.Utilize HTML and CSS to build, test and deploy responsive landing pages without reliance on external agencies.Act as a key stakeholder for the site and to drive a culture of high performance and precision.Manage internal & external stakeholders. Influence & work effectively across functions to achieve shared goals – Marketing, Store Operations and E-Commerce teams.Develop strong relationships with Global Headquarters to push forward with locally driven initiatives.Present site plans on a weekly basis to senior management for approval.Support Global headquarters and technical teams on website project rollouts.Analyse, review & reporting of website traffic, engagement & revenue.Partner with the CRM team to design data-driven customer journeys, defining segmentation logic to unlock higher customer basket size and LTV.
Qualifications5 years in a fast-paced E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role. Background in FMCG, apparel and retail a plus.Hands-on experience in building webpages. HTML and a strong executor who loves UQ.
Proficiency in HTML, and CSS. You must be comfortable building pages without agency support.Familiarity with CRM is a plus.*This role is offered on a six-month contract basis. Subject to satisfactory performance, conversion to a full-time position may be considered.
Required SkillsDigital Marketing fluency: You should know how Paid Media, CRM and Social Media work together to drive growth and an omnichannel presence.Excellent communications skills and analytical ability.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.Strong knowledge of tracking tools such as Google Analytics.Team player with a can-do attitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Resourceful with problem solving attitude, and an affinity to challenge status quo and find solutions within operating constraints.Highly driven, go-getter, with an obsession to deliver results and the best omnichannel customer experience through digital marketing.Owner’s mentality, where you treat the site and our customer base as your own business.
