Role ScopeOversee civil and external works packages across the project lifecycleCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on design and executionManage marine/coastal interface works, including shoreline or reclamation-related scopesEnsure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority submissionsDrive project delivery across cost, timeline, and quality benchmarksSupport site coordination across both on-land and nearshore construction activities

RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineExperience in Singapore-based projects, preferably with exposure to external works / infrastructure/ coastal / marine / reclamation environmentsFamiliarity with authority processesAbility to manage multi-disciplinary coordination across complex sitesSuitable for candidates at Senior Engineer, APM, or PM level depending on experience
