Job Description

As part of a forward‑looking team, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and governance of policies and operational practices that promote long‑term environmental, financial, and system sustainability across healthcare services, in alignment with SingHealth and MOH priorities. This role offers valuable exposure to how sustainability is embedded within a hospital setting, from supporting policy development and data‑driven initiatives to engaging clinical and corporate stakeholders. Working closely with multidisciplinary partners, you will help strengthen environmental stewardship, resource resilience, and responsible healthcare delivery, while learning how sustainability supports patient safety, operational efficiency, and long‑term healthcare resilience. The role also includes supporting the hospital’s Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) efforts and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and organisational resilience.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Health Sciences or Health Administration preferredRelevant internships, project work, or academic coursework in healthcare, sustainability, public sector, or environmental studies would be an advantageCandidates with more years of experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager roleKnowledge in ESG principles, sustainable healthcare or green hospital concepts, high level net‑zero or decarbonisation goals would be a strong advantageKnowledge & skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process technology adoption methodologies, would be an advantagePossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation with multi-generational staffTeam player, highly motivated, attention to details and action-oriented with excellent planning and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditionsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
