Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We’re partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations.

What You’ll Be DoingManage day-to-day infrastructure operations (patching, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident/problem/change management)Execute and validate system changes, upgrades, and moderate-risk activitiesTroubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring or complex issuesMonitor systems and alerts, ensuring performance, availability, and stabilitySupport and guide junior engineers within the teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutionsMaintain documentation, reports, and operational recordsParticipate in on-call rotation and standby support when requiredContribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For~3–7 years of experience in infrastructure / system engineeringStrong experience in Windows-based environments and hybrid IT setupsSolid understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains (e.g. security, monitoring, patching, networking, ITIL practices, BCP)Hands-on troubleshooting with ability to handle moderately complex issues independentlyCertifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, or Cloud technologies are advantageousStrong communication, ownership mindset, and ability to work in structured environmentsComfortable working in fast-paced, operations-driven teams
