THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence regionally. They are looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Technology Leader.

THE ROLE

The Senior Process Development Engineer is responsible for:Develop, optimize, and scale CVD processes for advanced material applications.Lead equipment qualification, process characterization, and yield improvement projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, equipment engineering, and manufacturing to ensure robust process integration.Analyze process data, identify root causes of variability, and implement corrective actions.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in process development focused on CVD equipment.Strong knowledge of thin-film deposition, vacuum systems, and semiconductor manufacturing practices.Proven track record in process optimization, yield enhancement, and equipment troubleshooting.
