A dedicated team of qualified sales and service engineers supports clients with tailored technical and commercial solutions.Role Description The Senior Project Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving project-based sales of lithium-ion battery manufacturing and testing equipment. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new project opportunities, understanding client technical requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
The role involves conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating with engineering and service teams to design solutions, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The Senior Project Sales Engineer will maintain strong relationships with key customers, provide post-sales support in collaboration with service engineers, and track market trends to inform sales strategies. The position also includes reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and contributing to business development initiatives in the energy and battery systems segment.Qualifications Strong Project Sales and Sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, energy storage, or battery manufacturing domains.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage long-term client relationships.Proven Sales Management capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and contract closure.Technical aptitude to understand lithium-ion battery processing equipment, testing systems, and related engineering concepts.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, handle multiple projects, and travel to client locations as required.Experience in project-based B2B sales and familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and preparing
