Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as structured training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipmentProvide technical support to customers and channel partnersPerform on-site service and calibration (Including overseas assignments when required)Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) processesSupport inventory management and procurement of spare partsPerform calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related fieldFresh graduates are encouraged to applyBasic knowledge of RF, wireless communications, or electronics is an advantageHands-on experience with test equipment is a plus (not required)Good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learnWillingness to travel occasionally
