Site Project Manager (Fit-Out & Turnkey)

Kitchen Pulse LLP is expanding! We are a Mumbai-based one-stop solution providing commercial kitchen design, HVAC engineering, equipment manufacturing, and complete turnkey execution for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

We are looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to own our on-site executions. If you have a solid technical foundation, love seeing designs come to life, and know how to manage contractors efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

Site & MEP Supervision: Manage daily on-site operations and ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts are executed accurately.

Design & Drafting: Use AutoCAD to create and modify layouts, and build 3D projections to visualize site requirements.

BOQs & Pricing: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), manage cost estimations, and keep projects on budget.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with equipment manufacturers, contractors, and local vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Problem Solving: Act as the primary on-site point of contact to troubleshoot execution challenges in real-time.

What We Are Looking For:

✔️ 1–2 years of experience in site execution, interior turnkey projects, or commercial space setups (hospitality/restaurant experience is a huge plus!).

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.

✔️ Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and MEP work.

✔️ Mandatory Assets: Must own a personal laptop and a reliable vehicle for regular travel across Mumbai site locations.

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to firmly manage vendors and contractors.
