About Us
Next Door Real Estate is a fast-growing, technology-driven real estate brokerage specializing in Dubai's off-plan and secondary property market. We are looking for a young creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can produce engaging content that builds our brand and generates leads.
Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Research trending topics and develop creative content ideas.
- Write compelling scripts for property tours, market updates, educational videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos.
- Create attention-grabbing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and animations to videos.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute content strategies.
- Manage a monthly content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video content and social media work.
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio recording.
- Experience creating viral or high-engagement content is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English is required.
