Role: CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Experience: 6 to 8 years
Job Location: Mumbai
Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact CRM & Lifecycle Marketing professional to drive precision-led marketing across the entire customer journey - from targeted enterprise acquisition to retention, expansion, and ecosystem engagement.
This role will own Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lifecycle communication, and analyst relationships, working in close partnership with regional Sales teams to convert high-value accounts and deepen long-term customer relationships. You will operate at the intersection of enterprise marketing, customer lifecycle strategy, and revenue growth, with a strong focus on personalization, account-level engagement, and measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute ABM programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs)
- Build and maintain target account lists across India, MENA, and SEA in alignment with Sales
- Develop multi-touch engagement strategies across email, content, events, and outreach
- Partner with Sales to prioritize accounts, track engagement, and accelerate deal pipelines
- Measure and optimize account engagement, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates
2. Lifecycle & Personalised Marketing
Own segmented lifecycle marketing across key cohorts:
Prospects & Funnel Drop-offs Design nurture journeys to re-engage leads and improve conversion
- Build stage-specific communication aligned to buyer journeys
- Support Sales with targeted content for deal acceleration
Existing Customers
- Drive retention, engagement, and expansion programs
- Build upsell and cross-sell journeys
- Develop customer advocacy initiatives (case studies, referrals)
Partners & Ecosystem
- Establish partner communication frameworks
- Drive enablement, engagement, and co-marketing initiatives
3. Analyst Relations
- Build and manage relationships with key industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
- Coordinate briefings, inquiries, and participation in reports
- Position Protectt.ai within relevant cybersecurity and AI categories
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strong analyst-facing narratives
4. Sales Alignment & Regional Activation
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to identify and prioritize high-value accounts & Translate ABM insights into actionable sales opportunities
- Enable high-impact engagements such as CXO meetings, roundtables, and closed-door sessions
- Ensure seamless handoff and alignment between Marketing and Sales
5. Campaign Design & Orchestration
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across email, content, digital touchpoints, and events
- Ensure consistent messaging, personalization, and scalability across regions
- Orchestrate campaigns that align with both acquisition and lifecycle objectives
6. Data, Tools & Performance Management
- Manage marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other automation tools
- Track and analyse key metrics: Account engagement, Email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion), Pipeline contribution
- Continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and timing through data-driven insights
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong expertise in lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience driving enterprise pipeline through targeted, account-based strategies
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys and account-level engagement in enterprise environments
- Experience working closely with Sales teams across regions
- Exposure to analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, storytelling, and campaign orchestration skills
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
