Role: Senior Content Marketer

Location: Delhi | Full-time
Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Content Marketer who can own content execution while helping build and scale Griphic's content engine.
You'll work closely with founders, product, design, and marketing teams to transform complex ideas into compelling content that educates the market, builds credibility, and supports business growth.
This isn't a role where you'll simply execute content requests.
We're looking for someone who can think, write, and take ownership.
You'll be comfortable operating with:
- Direction, not micromanagement
- Ownership, not task-taking

What You'll Do
1. Own Content Output
Create high-quality content across multiple formats, including:
- Founder and brand LinkedIn content
- Blogs and long-form articles
- Case studies
- Website and landing page copy
- Email campaigns and outreach sequences
- Product messaging
- Thought leadership content
Take inputs such as notes, meetings, research, and conversations, and transform them into publish-ready content with minimal supervision.
2. Contribute to Digital Campaigns
Support ongoing marketing initiatives by creating content for:
- Organic campaigns
- Paid campaigns
- Landing pages
- Ad copy
- Email campaigns
- SEO-driven content
Always think in terms of:
- Audience relevance
- Clarity of communication
- Business objectives
- Conversion intent not just engagement
3. Scale Content Through Repurposing
Maximize the impact of every content asset.
For example:
- One blog → Multiple LinkedIn posts
- Case study → Social media series
- Webinar or podcast → Articles and social content
- Research → Downloadable resources
Maintain consistency across formats without repetition fatigue.
4. Own Content Operations
Manage the complete content workflow, including:
- Editorial calendar
- Content pipeline
- Drafts and revisions
- Publishing timelines
- Content quality and consistency
Ensure projects move forward without constant follow-ups.
5. Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with:
- Founders
- Product Team
- Design Team
- Digital Marketing
- Business Development
- Research Team
Strong content comes from strong collaboration.
What We're Looking For

- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

- Experience writing for B2B audiences, founders, and decision-makers
- Strong storytelling ability

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Experience
- 5–9 years of experience in Content Marketing, B2B Marketing, SaaS, AI, Enterprise Software, Consulting, or Deep-Tech.
- Experience building content strategies and executing them across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimisation.
- Experience creating founder thought leadership is a strong advantage.
