Social Media Executive and Content Creator

Ravel is a fast-growing personalized haircare brand, featured on Shark Tank India and listed on the BSE. We're looking for someone to own our social media, and more importantly, be the face behind our content.

What you'll do:

• Find and pitch content ideas every week. You bring the ideas, not wait for them
• Work with our marketing team to shoot content as per campaign and ad requirements
• Plan, shoot, and post content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn (Reels, product videos, BTS, educational content)
• Appear on camera regularly. This is non-negotiable. If you're not comfortable talking to a lens, this role isn't for you
• Write hooks, scripts, and captions that stop the scroll
• Track what's working, kill what isn't, and double down fast
• Stay on top of trends and turn them around within 24 to 48 hours

What we're looking for:

• 1 to 3 years in social media or content creation (or a personal page that proves you can do this)
• Confident on camera, clear communicator in English and Hindi
• Can shoot and edit on a phone. Knowing CapCut, Premiere, or similar is a plus
• Understands beauty, haircare, or D2C content. You know why some Reels get 10K views and others get 10 lakh
• Self-starter and work closely with the marketing team
