Job Description:Manage and enhance current and other sales systemsIdentify gaps in current systems and propose scalable solutionsCollaborate with IT and vendors to develop and implement new features/toolsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and usability for sales reportingBuild dashboards and reporting tools for sales performance trackingSupport digital transformation initiatives within Sales OperationsTrain sales teams on system usage and drive adoptionAlign system capabilities with business needs (RTM, distributor management, etc.)Manage system-related projects (timeline, stakeholder, budget if any) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field5–8 years of experience in Sales Systems / IT Business Partner / Sales OperationsHands-on experience with SFA/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar)Strong understanding of sales processes in FMCG/distribution businessStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in project management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to translate business needs into system solutionsThis position under the Sales Operations function at PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera (Garudafood Group)
