System Engineer (CCTV)

Duration: Yearly Renewable Contract (Convertible)Working Location: AMKWorking Hours: Monday to Friday (830am – 6pm)Salary range: $4000 to $6000 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scopeManage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor mattersPerform system setup, server configuration, and database setup, including onsite installations where requiredHandle and support virtual hardware environments and system infrastructureSupport IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows ServersPerform basic setup of network switches, configure IP addresses, and conduct network connectivity checks for all network devices within the projectSetup network connections and perform connection testing to ensure system stability and performanceSupport integration with IoT devices and front-end systems where required by project scopeConfigure and manage cameras and related system components where applicablePerform installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues during project implementationSupport system integration activities and testing phases, including UAT / FAT / SAT

Job Requirements:Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalentMinimum 2-4 years of relevant system-related experienceExperience in IT Management Systems Deployment, with proficiency in Database, Networking, Windows OS, and Windows ServersExperience in server setup and configuration, including onsite installation environmentsKnowledge or experience working with virtual hardware environmentsExperience in system integration and testing environments (UAT / FAT / SAT)Experience in database cluster setup, data backup, and recovery processesExperience in data migration, data integration, and data monitoringExperience analyzing tender requirements and supporting tender bidding processesExperience and knowledge in certification management, key management, and infrastructure common services such as AD (Active Directory), NMS, ClearPass, MFA / 2FA, eG, KMS, AntiVirus, Patch Management, MDMFamiliar with network device configuration, IP addressing, and network connectivity testingGood understanding of system architecture design and ability to draft professional technical documentationAUTOCAD or SLD knowledge will be an added advantageKnowledge or experience in IoT device integration and camera system configuration is preferred
