Job Description
Datacon Project Services is a Project Management Consultancy to the Data Centre market. We are currently active in projects across Europe and Asia, and employing the best people in the market is key for us to continue providing a high-quality service to our clients.
Within this role, you are responsible for identifying, attracting, placing and retaining suitable candidates into Datacon to support our growth Globally. This role involves developing strong candidate relationships, sourcing and assessing skillsets, managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.
We are open to hiring people with experience in Engineering & Construction Recruitment (International or UK-only), other recruitment experience, or training rookies with no experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective candidates
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts for candidates
- Review CVs and applications and assess candidates against job requirements
- Actively headhunt candidates for niche skillsets
- Prepare candidate profiles and CVs for submission
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Build your candidate pipeline during 'down-time' periods, when we are not actively hiring
- Coordinate with the wider team to manage employee retention
- Support Datacon with our own client tenders, allowing us to project staff costings related to the projects
- Support with our Office Coordinator with International mobilisations
What we Offer
- Direct support and training from our Operations Director, who has 8+ years' experience in International Engineering Recruitment
- £25,000 - £35,000 base salary DOE
- Commission/Bonus structure focused on key metrics: Time-to-Fill, Staff Retention, offer acceptance rate etc.
- You will be our first full-time Talent Acquisition Consultant, giving you the opportunity to progress within the business based on your performance
- 8am-4pm Working Hours (37.5 working hours per week)
