Sales & Applications Specialist (NGS / Molecular) Transplant & Oncogenomics

We are looking for a passionate Sales & Application Specialist to join our team and help us bring the latest technologies to life for our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
- Minimum M.Sc. (Biology / Genetics / Life Sciences or equivalent field) or a Ph.D maybe advantageous but not necessary for this role.
- Exceptional freshers with strong market knowledge or skills about Transplant Diagnostics, Oncology, Pharmacogenomics, Hereditary disorder or in molecular biology may also be considered for this role.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Sales or Application Support related to molecular genetic products in Transplant, Oncogenomics, Reproductive Genetics or equivalent field.
- Solid understanding of PCR, qPCR, DNA Sequencing, and related workflows in Transplantation, Oncology, Reproductive genetics, New Born Screening and Microbiology.
- You should be a great teammate and able to build positive relationships with others. Ideally, you have experience of working in a remote team, and you're comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach backed by problem-solving ability
- Team-oriented with willingness to travel across South India
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales growth through lead generation, opportunity management, and achievement of revenue targets
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders in clinical and research laboratories
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow optimization
- Deliver on-site and virtual application support to ensure seamless adoption of technologies
- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
- Promote new product launches and identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Travel extensively across Hyderabad and Southern India to support customer needs and expand market presence
