In this unique Technical Support role, you will leverage your software development experience while assisting dealers with production systems. You’ll be responsible for monitoring payment processing and investigating issues through advanced tools like Azure Application Insights and SQL queries. With a focus on dealer communication, you'll need to provide clear updates and speedy resolutions during high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor production processes during core business hours • Triage support requests effectively and assess issue severity • Investigate issues using SQL, Datadog, and Azure tools • Serve as the primary technical contact for dealer inquiries • Document troubleshooting steps in the team knowledge base
Requirements: • 3+ years in technical support or software development • Proficient in C#/.NET and SQL for diagnostics • Experience with Azure services and production troubleshooting • Strong customer communication skills • Familiarity with log analysis for issue identification
