Overview
The Trade Marketing Executive is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role that sits across the full Australia marketing team. You will report directly to the Trade Marketing Manager and provide day‑to‑day support to the Brand & Partnerships Manager and Digital Marketing Manager also.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of trade marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches across retail partners and key accounts.
- Manage the production, distribution and tracking of POS materials, in-store displays, retailer toolkits and marketing collateral.
- Support campaign delivery across trade, brand and digital channels, ensuring assets are briefed, trafficked and delivered on time.
- Maintain brand and retailer asset libraries, ensuring all materials are current, accessible and accurately managed.
- Assist with influencer, partnership, PR and event activations, including product seeding, logistics and stakeholder coordination.
- Support digital marketing activity including eDM deployment, website content updates, landing page coordination and social media calendar management.
- Monitor campaign performance, participation and redemption metrics, compiling regular reports and post‑campaign insights.
- Coordinate supplier, agency and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Track marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices and campaign timelines, identifying and escalating potential risks where required.
Skills
- 2–4 years in a similar marketing coordinator, marketing executive or similar role within consumer goods, retail, premium lifestyle or consumer appliances
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multi‑channel marketing activity across brand and/or trade
- Experience working with external agencies and suppliers — print, creative, PR or digital
- Exposure to in‑store retail execution, POS or trade marketing is highly regarded
- Experience with digital platforms — email deployment tools, CMS, social scheduling or reporting dashboards
