As we scale to our next phase of growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Vice President – Sales to
build and lead our commercial organization.
Role Overview
The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for building and scaling Ubiqedge's entire sales organization
while owning revenue growth, sales strategy, commercial operations, and business expansion.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building organizations from the ground up and can create
scalable systems, high-performing teams, and predictable revenue engines.
The role reports directly to the CEO.
1 Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership
Own the company's revenue targets and annual sales plan.
Drive sustainable revenue growth across all business verticals.
Own sales P&L, profitability, and commercial performance.
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute GTM strategies across:
Industrial IoT
AI Solutions
IoT Hardware
Enterprise Software (SaaS)
Connectivity Solutions
Water Management
Renewable Energy
Smart Infrastructure
Manufacturing
Government & Smart City Projects
Build & Lead the Sales Organization
Create and lead a world-class sales function by recruiting, mentoring, and managing:
Regional Sales Managers
Enterprise Account Managers
Key Account Managers
Sales Engineers
Channel Sales Managers
Business Development Managers
Inside Sales Team
Customer Success Team
Develop:
Organization structure
Sales playbooks
Hiring plans
Compensation & incentive programs

Design and implement scalable commercial processes including:
CRM implementation and governance
ERP integration for end-to-end sales operations

AI-Driven Sales Organization
Champion the use of Artificial Intelligence across the sales lifecycle to improve productivity and decision-
making.

Represent Ubiqedge in strategic customer engagements and industry events.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to
ensure customer feedback drives product innovation and successful execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
