About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Executive – Videographer & Photographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in videography and photography, be eager to learn, and have a strong eye for visual storytelling. If you enjoy creating engaging content and are looking to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality videos and photographs for company projects.
• Execute indoor and outdoor shoots as per project requirements.
• Operate cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and other production equipment.
• Handle regular product, lifestyle, corporate, and promotional shoots.
• Travel to different shoot locations as and when required.
• Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and post-production teams for smooth project execution.
• Assist in basic video editing and photo selection whenever required.
• Maintain and take care of camera equipment and production gear.
• Support the team with operational activities related to shoots and production.
• Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new techniques, equipment, and creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and photography.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and camera settings.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and camera movements.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Ability to handle shoots independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
